Carole is a warm and compassionate counsellor who supports youth, adults, couples, and families. She has over 20 years of experience working in schools, universities, and community settings, and is passionate about creating safe, validating spaces where clients feel heard and understood.

Carole specializes in working with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression, as well as with individuals facing chronic challenges such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. She also helps clients navigate relationship difficulties, workplace stress, bullying, and major life transitions. As a Gottman-trained couples therapist (Levels I & II) and certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider, Carole brings both expertise and empathy to her practice.

Her approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from person-centered, cognitive-behavioural, strengths-based, solution-focused, and mindfulness practices. She strongly believes in the healing power of positive connections.

Carole holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria, a Master of Education in Psychology from Simon Fraser University, and a Master’s Degree in French Literature from the University of Bordeaux, France.

Hannah is passionate about providing affirming and trauma-informed care to neurodivergent children and youth to support their overall well-being and build upon their resiliency. Hannah primarily employs neurodiversity-affirming lens and the Collaborative and Proactive Solutions model to work with children, youth, and families. She specializes in working with youth with ADHD, ASD, and anxiety. Hannah adopts techniques from Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), parts-work, somatics, and play-based therapies to tailor support to fit the needs of the client. Hannah values the perspective and voice of the client in all therapeutic matters, recognizing that clients are the experts of their own lives, often possessing incredible insight into how to overcome their challenges. Above all, Hannah believes in the healing power of connection and prioritizes the relationship between client and counsellor.
